You and locallea!
locallea was created by Leasiders to build community by getting people in our area to support local merchants. We believe that local merchants are the backbone of a community. So the more we support them, the more they can give back.
As well, most of our efforts will yield direct donations to different organizations and initiatives such as food banks, sports teams and the Leaside Arena Expansion project.
All we ask of local consumers is two things. First, sign up for locallea and visit often. Not only will you be made aware of great offers at local merchants but more often than not you will be directly or indirectly helping good community causes.
Second, when you are thinking about everyday purchases please consider your local independent merchants in the Leaside area. These merchants provide strong, often unique value and help give Leaside its great character.
